Before use, please examine your merchandise carefully for any inaccuracies and manufacturer defects. A3 Performance will replace any such merchandise within 15 days upon receipt of the problem merchandise. Please present purchase confirmation receipt and reason for return. For consideration of return or exchange, merchandise must be in its original condition, tags must be on garments, and with all original packaging. Closeout items are not returnable. Returns must be received within 15 days or a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer; therefore protect yourself against lost packages by sending your return insured. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. Credits issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made. If you are exchanging merchandise, please include the return shipping cost of $8.

A Return Authorization Number is required for merchandise return or exchange. Please call 1-888-369-7946, M-F 9 am to 5 pm CST, to request a Return Authorization Number.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Swimwear is subject to health department regulations, which require all swimwear and apparel be tried on over underwear. If this regulation is not followed, this merchandise will not be accepted for exchange. Once items have been worn or altered in any way, State Law prohibits the return of swimwear and accessories.
