Should you encounter any dissatisfaction with your purchase, rest assured that we are fully committed to assist you every step of the way. Prior to initiating a return or exchange, we kindly request you thoroughly inspect your recent A3 Performance purchase for any possible manufacturer defects. Although such instances are uncommon, they can still occur.  We want to ensure you receive a product that aligns with our rigorous standard.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly utilize the form below or reach out via email to returns@a3performance.com within 30 days from the delivery date. Our returns department may require photographic evidence of the defective product or request that the product be returned for thorough evaluation. This policy is the same for our international exchanges and returns. Sale and Final Sale merchandise are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Disclaimer: A3 Performance cannot guarantee the number of times our suits and goggles can be worn. We assess each case individually. Chlorine is a reactive component that can affect the durability and lifespan of the materials upon initial exposure to water. Due to variations in wear and care, chlorine levels, and the frequency of swims, there is no assured count of swims per suit or per goggle.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy on A3 Performance products are as follows:

Products can be returned 30 days after the shipment date, contingent upon the product being in its original, unused condition with intact tags, labels, FitLocks, and returned in its original packaging. A valid order number or receipt of purchase is necessary for processing.Upon approval of the return: Customers have the option to receive store credit instead of a full refund and enjoy 10% off their next purchase

  • Once you've filled out the form provided below, please await authorization for the return before sending the item back to our warehouse. It's important to note that our Return Authorization team requires up to 3 business days (excluding holidays) to process return requests. Failure to obtain pre-authorization for return/exchange, or products returned without pre-authorization, exhibiting damage, wear, incomplete or deemed unsellable will be declined.The item will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. 
  • A3 Performance does not cover the expense of return shipping. We recommend selecting a cost-effective, trackable, and insured shipping method. Your responsibility for the item ends upon its arrival at our warehouse. 
  • Items not purchased at A3 Performance: We will only accept returns for items purchased directly from A3 Performance. If items were purchased from an authorized A3 Performance Dealer or third-party, they must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • Products returned without pre-authorization, exhibiting damage, wear, incomplete or deemed unsellable will be declined.
  • Tech Suits are not eligible for this return policy. For specific details regarding the return of A3 Performance Tech Suits, please refer to the dedicated section titled "Technical Racing Suits Return Policy" for comprehensive guidelines and procedures.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To be eligible for an exchange, products must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. The return is subject to the condition that the product remains unused and in its original state, including intact tags, labels, and FitLocks, and it must be exchanged in its original packaging. Additionally, a valid order number or receipt of purchase is required for processing.

Each exchange request will be carefully evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our returns department, which may request photographic evidence of the defective product or ask for the product to be exchanged for thorough evaluation. Before proceeding with an exchange, please review the following guidelines attentively.

  • Upon completion of the form below, kindly await exchange authorization before returning the item to our warehouse. Please note that our Return Authorization agents have 3 business days(excluding holidays) to process exchange requests. Failure to obtain proper exchange authorization may result in the rejection of the exchange request. Therefore, strict adherence to this protocol is crucial to facilitate a seamless and efficient exchange process.
  • For added convenience, A3 Performance extends the option for in-store exchanges for eligible online purchases. Should you opt for an in-store exchange, kindly ensure to present a confirmation receipt at the time of exchange. It's important to note that exchanges conducted in-store are subject to the same eligibility criteria outlined above. Therefore, items returned in-store must meet the specified conditions to be considered for exchange. Failure to adhere to these criteria will render the items ineligible for exchange.
  • Customers returning ineligible items will be charged a restocking fee. However, A3 Performance reserves all rights to decline any exchanges that do not meet our resale standards

TECHNICAL RACING SUIT RETURN POLICY

At A3 Performance, meticulous planning, designing, testing, and attention to detail are integral to the development of every A3 Performance Technical Racing Suit. We place immense value on our product and brand ensuring each item is crafted with precision and purpose. Take, for instance, our training suits, which are expertly crafted to prioritize durability and comfort, ensuring they withstand extensive wear and tear. Conversely, our elite technical racing suits are engineered for optimal speed and compression. It's essential to exercise patience and care when donning and wearing these suits to fully appreciate their performance-enhancing features. While A3 Performance has previously accommodated extended requests and provided new suits, this practice will no longer be sustained moving forward. Please attentively read our return policy:

  • If a manufacturer defect occurs in your tech suit within 30 days of purchase, unrelated to user error, we offer a one-time replacement. To begin this procedure, kindly complete the form below. Subsequently, submit photographic evidence of the defect to info@a3performance.com, where it will be assessed by one of our quality control specialists. Each case undergoes thorough review, with the final decision made by our specialist. Although such occurrences are uncommon, we acknowledge their possibility.
  • Bracketing Return Policy: In the event that multiple suits are purchased without consulting our sizing specialists for guidance on achieving the optimal fit, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Please be aware that tears resulting from rough wear and/or insufficient care do not meet the criteria for replacement, as they are not indicative of manufacturer defects.

  • If any issues arise with our tech suits beyond 60 days from the date of purchase, we may consider providing assistance on a case-by-case basis, contingent upon our assessment that the issues or tears in the suits result from manufacturer defects rather than rough wear and/or insufficient care. However, once the 60-day period has elapsed, we are unable to offer any credit or provide a one-time complimentary replacement.
