Order Processing and Shipping
- In-stock items ship from Wisconsin. You can view UPS Ground transit times here. Flat rate transit times can vary anywhere from 2-10 days on average. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders placed with shipping options such as 2nd Day Air or 3-day Select may take longer to receive due to additional time for order processing.
- If you need a product by a specific date, please include that date in your order notes or contact Customer Service and we will do our best to help ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely matter.
- International Orders - A3 Performance is not responsible for additional taxes, fees, or duties that may occur upon receiving your package. The customer is solely responsible for covering those additional charges.
- Many shipping carriers have suspended their delivery guarantees as carriers worldwide are experiencing significant setbacks and delays. Delivery estimates are only estimates and do not guarantee when your package will arrive. A3 Performance is not liable for orders that do not arrive by estimate delivery date. We are doing everything we can to ship orders out as soon as possible. Once the order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier. If you need your order expedited, please select one of the UPS expedited shipping options such as 2nd Day or Next Day or consider contacting customer service for recommendations.
- Free shipping promotions cover flat-rate shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for free. All orders placed using a free shipping promo code will be shipped via flat-rate shipping. Orders placed with a free shipping code that select expedited shipping will still be sent via flat rate shipping.
- **Some Exclusions May Apply** Most custom team products do not count towards your cart total for free shipping because they are shipped to the team in bulk at no additional cost to the customer or team. If the banner says that you are eligible for free shipping but your cart does not reflect free shipping as an option, it is likely because you have at least one item in your cart that is a custom team item being shipped to the team as part of a bulk shipment, and is therefore not counting towards your cart total.
- **Some Exclusions May Apply** Wholesale customers are not entitled to receive free shipping and therefore must pay for UPS Ground shipping on their order. Wholesale customers who check out with free shipping will be subject to delays as we wait to collect shipping fees prior to shipping your order.
- All orders placed after 12 Noon CST during business hours are not guaranteed to begin processing until the following business day.
- Custom team decorated and personalized items take approximately 10-14 business days to process and ship.
Shipping Insurance
- Shipping insurance is available at checkout to insure the safe delivery of your order. Shipping insurance is optional; however, it gives A3 Performance the opportunity to better service our customers and ensure smooth delivery of your items.
