Upon receiving your newly purchased A3 Performance product, please examine your purchase for possible travel damages or manufacturer defects.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please complete the form below or email email@example.com within 30 days of delivery date and we will get your product replaced as quickly as possible.
After 30 days, should you determine your product is damaged or defective, please complete the form below or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our returns department may request photographic proof of defective product or that the product is returned for full evaluation. This can be uploaded using the form below.
Products can be returned for any reason within 60 days of delivery contingent that the product is in its original, unused condition with tags, labels, and FitLocks attached and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and will be refunded upon receipt of the returned product with the cost of shipping deducted from the refund. Customers can choose to return for store credit instead of a full refund and receive 10% off their next purchase. Products returned in damaged, worn, incomplete, or unsellable condition are subject to refusal or a restocking fee.
