After a national search, A3 Performance is excited to welcome Jackson Halsmer to the A3 Performance team as the newest Account Manager. A recent University of Iowa Swimming Alum, Jackson is ready to take on competitive swimming in a whole new way.

Born and raised in Byron, Illinois, Jackson started swimming when he was eight years old. Despite a significant hiatus from the sport of swimming in middle school and being a multi-sport athlete in high school, Jackson committed to swimming full-time as a Division I student-athlete for the University of Iowa (an A3 Performance team) under head coach Marc Long. His time as a Hawkeye was actually Jackson's first experience with A3 Performance, and he is excited for a new experience with the brand.

"I'm very excited to work for A3 Performance. I first met Dan Meinholz when I was swimming at Iowa and I was very impressed with him, his company goals, and his work ethic. I'm very excited to work for him and be a part of such a fantastic group of people that are all working hard to grow the brand." said Jackson.

Equally as excited about the new hire is the A3 Performance team. Jackson's experience with A3 Performance as an athlete and now as an ambassador make him a unique and valuable addition to the team. His experience as a collegiate athlete will translate incredibly well to the performance swimwear business. Jackson's favorite part about competitive swimming is the opportunity to compete and push his teammates to excel while simultaneously forming strong, significant relationships with his teammates. He is a competitor and he is a team player.
