A3 Performance Wholesale Account, Pricing & Shipping Policy

This Wholesale Account, Pricing & Shipping Policy applies to wholesale orders placed with A3 Performance. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order, including account login status, pricing, discounts, shipping address, shipping charges, and delivery readiness.

By placing a wholesale order with A3 Performance, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

 

Wholesale Account Login & Pricing

Wholesale pricing and any additional approved wholesale discounts are only applied when a customer is logged into their approved A3 Performance wholesale account before checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm they are logged into the correct wholesale account and that the correct wholesale pricing, discounts, billing information, shipping information, and order total are reflected before submitting an order.

If a wholesale customer places an order without logging into their approved wholesale account, the order will process at the pricing shown at checkout.

A3 Performance does not audit every order after it is placed and is not responsible for identifying orders submitted without the customer being logged into their wholesale account.

 

Pricing Adjustment Requests

As a courtesy, if a wholesale customer places an order without being logged into their approved wholesale account and notifies A3 Performance within 30 days of the order date, A3 Performance may issue a refund for the eligible wholesale pricing difference, minus 10%. Pricing adjustment requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. A3 Performance will not issue pricing adjustments for orders placed more than 30 days prior.

This policy helps keep order corrections timely, accurate, and manageable, while ensuring customers review invoices and order confirmations within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Oversized Items & Manual Shipping Quotes

Certain products, including oversized items, bulk orders, or items requiring special handling, may not qualify for standard online shipping rates.

Wholesale customers ordering oversized items must contact A3 Performance before placing the order so A3 Performance can manually provide a shipping quote.

Orders containing oversized items may be delayed until the customer approves the quoted shipping cost.

If an oversized order is submitted without first obtaining a manual shipping quote, A3 Performance may contact the customer to collect additional shipping charges before the order is processed or shipped.

A3 Performance reserves the right to hold, adjust, or cancel oversized orders if accurate shipping charges cannot be confirmed or approved.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Wholesale customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete, accurate, and approved for delivery.

If an order is shipping to a new location, temporary location, job site, satellite location, or any address other than the primary address listed on the wholesale account, the customer must verify that the address is correct and that the location is able to receive product deliveries.

This includes confirming business hours, receiving access, dock availability if applicable, staff availability, and any special delivery requirements before submitting the order.

A3 Performance is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost shipments, address correction fees, re-delivery charges, return shipping costs, carrier fees, or other expenses caused by incorrect, incomplete, unapproved, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the customer.

 

New Locations & Receiving Availability

If the customer is a new location, or if the order is shipping to a location that has not previously received A3 Performance products, the customer must confirm that the location is prepared and able to receive deliveries.

A3 Performance works to process and ship wholesale orders promptly. Most products ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise communicated.

Because orders may ship quickly, customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping location is available to receive the shipment shortly after the order is placed.

A3 Performance is not responsible for delivery issues, missed deliveries, carrier storage fees, returned shipments, refused shipments, or delays caused by the receiving location being closed, unavailable, unable to accept product, or otherwise unprepared for delivery.

 

Lost, Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been released to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and carrier handling are outside of A3 Performance’s direct control.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery whenever possible. Customers should retain all packaging, labels, photos, and shipment documentation needed to support a carrier claim.

If an order is missing items, appears lost, arrives damaged, or has any shipment-related issue, the customer must notify A3 Performance within 10 business days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

This 10-business-day notification period allows A3 Performance to review the issue, gather shipment information, and assist with a resolution in a timely manner.

Shipment issues reported more than 10 business days after the delivery date or expected delivery date may not be eligible for replacement, refund, credit, or carrier claim assistance.

A3 Performance is not responsible for products that are lost, delayed, damaged, refused, returned, or otherwise affected while in the possession of the shipping carrier, except where required by law or where the issue is caused by an error directly attributable to A3 Performance.

Carrier claim approval, reimbursement, replacement, or resolution is subject to the carrier’s policies and timelines.

 

Customer Review Before Checkout

Before submitting a wholesale order, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the following:

¡      Wholesale account login status

¡      Product selection

¡      Product quantities

¡      Wholesale pricing and discounts

¡      Billing information

¡      Shipping address

¡      Delivery location readiness

¡      Oversized item shipping quote requirements

¡      Order total

¡      Shipping charges

By submitting a wholesale order, the customer confirms that all order details have been reviewed and are accurate.

 

Order Holds, Adjustments & Cancellations

A3 Performance reserves the right to hold, adjust, or cancel any wholesale order that contains incorrect pricing, missing shipping charges, oversized items requiring a manual shipping quote, invalid shipping information, or other order details requiring correction before fulfillment.

If additional shipping charges, address corrections, or other order-related adjustments are required, A3 Performance may contact the customer before processing or shipping the order.

Orders may be delayed until any required corrections, approvals, or additional payments are completed.

 

Policy Updates

A3 Performance reserves the right to update this policy at any time to improve order accuracy, protect against avoidable shipping and administrative costs, and maintain a fair and consistent wholesale ordering process.

The version of this policy in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, unless otherwise required by law.
