Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering A3 Performance. We have a national reputation for quality and value and know you will love your new product; however, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with a smooth and easy return or exchange. Upon receiving your newly purchased A3 Performance product, please examine your purchase for possible travel damages or manufacturer defects.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please complete the form below or email returns@a3performance.com within 30 days of delivery date and we will get your product replaced as quickly as possible.

After 30 days, should you determine your product is damaged or defective, please complete the form below or email returns@a3performance.com. Our returns department may request photographic proof of defective product or that the product is returned for full evaluation. This can be uploaded using the form below.

*Disclaimer: Chlorine is an active ingredient that affects the durability and longevity of the item's material upon the first in-water use. There is no guaranteed number of swims per suit or per goggle because of the difference in wear and care, chlorine levels, races swum, etc.*

Products can be returned for any reason within 60 days of delivery contingent that the product is in its original, unused condition with tags, labels, and FitLocks attached and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and will be refunded upon receipt of the returned product with the cost of shipping deducted from the refund. Products returned in damaged, worn, incomplete, or unsellable condition are subject to refusal or a restocking fee.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • In-stock items ship from Wisconsin. You can view UPS Ground transit times here and USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate) transit times here.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders placed with shipping options such as 2nd Day Air or 3-day Select may take longer to receive due to order processing.
  • If you need a product by a specific date, please include that date in your order notes or contact Customer Service and we will do our best to help ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely matter.
  • USPS Priority Mail is not considered expedited shipping. USPS gives an estimated delivery day but provides no shipping or delivery guarantees. If you need your order expedited, please select one of the UPS expedited shipping options such as 2nd Day or Next Day.
  • Free shipping promotions cover flat-rate shipping. Expedited shipping is not available for free. All orders placed using a free shipping promo code will be shipped via flat-rate shipping. Orders placed with a free shipping code that select expedited shipping will still be sent via flat rate shipping.
    • **Some Exclusions May Apply** Most custom team products do not count towards your cart total for free shipping because they are shipped to the team in bulk at no additional cost to the customer or team. If the banner says that you are eligible for free shipping but your cart does not reflect free shipping as an option, it is likely because you have at least one item in your cart that is a custom team item being shipped to the team as part of a bulk shipment, and is therefore not counting towards your cart total.
  • All orders placed after 12 Noon CST during open hours are not guaranteed to process until the following business day.
  • Custom team decorated and personalized items take approximately 7-10 business days to process and ship.

Shipping Insurance

  • Shipping insurance is available at checkout to insure the safe delivery of your order. Shipping insurance is optional; however, it gives A3 Performance the opportunity to better service our customers and ensure smooth delivery of your items. 

    International Shipping

    • A3 Performance is based in the USA and ships internationally.
    • Import taxes, fees, and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. A3 Performance is not responsible for these additional charges.

    Exchanges

    • If you would like to exchange your product for an alternate size, style, or color, please complete the form below or email returns@a3performance.com.
    • In the case of an exchange, customers are responsible for shipping costs and shipping the product back to A3 Performance.
      • Upon receiving the exchanged product, A3 Performance will ship the new, alternative product and will cover its outgoing, flat rate shipping.
    • Online purchases are eligible for in-store exchange. If you plan to exchange in-store, please provide a confirmation receipt at the time of exchange.
    • Products can be exchanged for any reason within 60 days of delivery contingent that the product is in its original, unused condition with tags, labels, and FitLocks attached and in its original packaging.
    • Products to be exchanged that are returned in damaged, worn, incomplete, or unsellable condition are subject to refusal or a restocking fee.

    Custom Products

    • Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have questions regarding your custom product, please call Customer Service at 888-369-7946.

    Sale, Clearance, & Close-Out Product

    • No returns are accepted on sale, clearance, or close-out products. All sale, clearance, and close-out products are FINAL SALE.
    • Some sale, clearance, or close-out products may be eligible to exchange for size.
      • LEGEND Tech Suits- Limited sizes are available for exchange. Please check size availability before making your purchase.
    • Complete the form below or email returns@a3performance.com to see if your purchase qualifies or for size exchange availability.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: Swimwear is subject to health department regulations, which require all swimwear and apparel to be tried on over underwear. If this regulation is not followed, this merchandise will not be accepted for exchange. Once items have been worn or altered in any way, State Law prohibits the return of swimwear and accessories.
